martedì 15 maggio 2007 - After years of informal and profitable cooperation, Atop and Marsilli have decided to consolidate their relationship, by announcing to the market, their technical and commercial partnership.
EMAS Certification
giovedì 11 gennaio 2007 - Atop received the EMAS (Eu Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) registration under the number IT - 000588 according to the EC regulation 761/2001. This achievement enabled Atop to be one among the first thirty Tuscan Companies to be registered, confirming our day-today commitment to respect the environment. New production building
domenica 1 ottobre 2006 - The new production building has been completed; the area dedicated to machines production and set up i snow totalling to 8000 square metres.
New premises
mercoledì 1 marzo 2006 - On Feb. 13, 2006 our staff moved to the new extended area of the office block. The total office block surface amounts now to 2000 m2, as a consequence we were able to increase the staff of our design department.
New premises are being built next to the present production premises. The building activities will be completed in September; the total indoor manufacturing area will amount to 8000 m2.
AXIS Acquisition
lunedì 10 ottobre 2005 - We have the pleasure of informing you that on October 10, 2005 Atop S.p.a. acquired company Axis. Object of this acquisition was company Axis including all tangible and intangible assets necessary to run the company; in particular the whole equipment, distinctive marks (firm, sign and trade-marks), patents, design, prototypes, drawings and - in broader terms – all that constitutes the company’s “know how”. Together with the acquisition of Axis, the know how, patents and trade-marks of PAVESI and CORAGLIOTTO were also acquired.
This action enabled to safeguard the Axis company values such as goodwill, relationships with clients, broad market and particularly high skilled personnell; moreover it enabled Atop to have a wider range of offered products/services and a bigger market share.
This acquisition made Atop S.p.a the leading company in the European market.
